10:00 pm Showroom closes and will be locked for the evening
Saturday April 23, 2005
6:30 am Showroom opens
8:00 am Open and Youth Judging begins
8:00 to 10:00 am Breakfast will be available for purchase in the showroom
12:00 Lunch break and ACBA General membership meeting
12:00 to 2:00 Lunch available for purchase in the showroom
2:00 pm ACBA Raffle drawing
6:00 pm Judging concludes
7:30 pm Banquet on the facility grounds location and menu to be announced
10:00pm Showroom closed and locked for the evening
Sunday April 24, 2005
6:30 am Showroom opens
8:00 am Mid- Atlantic CBA Open & Youth Judging begins
8:00 to 10:00 am Breakfast available for purchase in the showroom
12:00 to 2:00 Lunch will be available for purchase in the showroom
2:00pm Mid-Atlantic CBA Raffle drawing
6:00 pm Showroom closes and all animals must be removed from the showroom
COOPING & SALES AREA
Cooping, bedding and pellets will be provided by the Mid-Atlantic CBA. All coops are constructed of 1” x 2” wire and measure 16” x 11” or 18” x 12”.
A sales animal area will be available to exhibitors, free of charge. This will be a self monitored area and exhibitors will be required to utilize their own carriers for all sales animals.
