Accommodations & Rates

Reservations MUST be made prior to March 22, 2005 to receive these rates. Any rooms not reserved after this date will be released back to the general public at the current rate.

Animals may be kept in your room - however a $75.00 damage DEPOSIT will be required. Your room will be checked before you depart and any damage will be discussed with you and restitution deducted from the deposit. IF no damage is done to the room your deposit will be REFUNDED IN FULL!

Please keep your room clean if you plan on housing any animals with you. It is becoming increasingly harder to find hotels that will allow animals due mainly to owners that do not exercise care when housing animals in a room.The future of cavy shows can end up being reduced to local participation only if hotels stop allowing animals due to poor cooperation by owners in this matter.

Special arrangements have been made for Friday April 22nd - Should you wish to arrive before check in time you may do so and your luggage will be held at the front desk. Arrive early, check in your animals and go off and enjoy the many sites and attractions of the Lancaster area.
